Kirsty has taken the time to understand my specific personal training needs and has ensured we work with that in mind at all times, and that does not just mean the exercise bit - it's guidance on food and on overall lifestyle changes to embrace outside of my sessions. Kirsty is also just good to be around - her energy is very motivating and she is genuinely pleased to hear if I get a PB in a swimming or cycling event. I also use Body Care Plus for sports massage and osteopathy services when needed as they can tailor my care specifically which has been hugely beneficial.
